Additional Information for Participants

General Preparation material
Additional preparation material is available on-line. This will help you
in physical and spiritual preparation. You can download the information
from these pages and make great use of it.

Arrival information for this project
- You should plan to arrive in Budapest anytime on Thursday, October 16.
- Upon your arrival, you should go to the Mercure Budapest Nemzeti Hotel.
- You can get to the station very easily from the airport by taking a
minibus that is very reliable and inexpensive. They will take you
directly to the hotel.

Departure
- You should plan your departure from Budapest on Tuesday, October 28th.

Your team and church assignment
- You will be assigned to a team going to a particular City in Hungary,
where you will stay and work from Saturday, October 18 until Monday, October 27,
when you return to Budapest for one night.
- You will be advised of your Hungarian church assignment by email before you
leave for Hungary.
- You will know the names and contact information for the other members of
your team before you go.

Funds
- You can bring your money to pay the $150 participation fee in your own
currency, U.S. Dollars or Euros.
- You are responsible for all meals while in Budapest, except breakfast
(which is included at the hotel)
