You are invited by Baptist churches of the Lazio area around Rome (plus some
other outlying churches) to join them in sharing Jesus with
their neighbors, friends and family members in their breathtakingly beautiful country.
This is the 3rd project for International Commission to coordinate in Italy.
Churches near Rome and around the country have invited Believers of
the World to come join them for a
week of Evangelism and outreach. Each church has used the Operation Andrew plan
for prayer preparation: every member has been asked to identify ten lost people for whose
salvation to pray each day. You will be going to a place where the power of the Holy
Spirit is expected and being called upon every day!
You will make a difference! There will be people who will hear the gospel and
receive the Lord if you go and that may never hear if you do not go. We must respond while
the door to Hungary is so very open. The Lord is calling…. Won’t you say yes?
The Italians are waiting.... Won’t you go?

Thursday, October 9
Some project participants
will depart from various cities around the World for overnight flights
to Rome.
Friday, October 10
European participants will depart their city today.
Arriving in Rome, all participants will clear customs and go to
the headquarters hotel. There will be a time of orientation and
opportunity to get acquainted with the culture.
Saturday, October 11
After breakfast,
there will be another time of orientation. Following orientation, there
will be a group tour of Rome. In the evening, there will be an opening
meeting. Participants will meet some host pastors and key members of
Italian churches.
After the meeting, participants will move to the homes of believers
where they will stay during the project.
Sunday, October 12 -
Sunday, October 19
Daily outreach activities and evangelistic work will be
conducted during the week.
Sunday, October 19
After the morning services, participants will return to the headquarters hotel in Rome. A
victory rally will be held in the evening to close out the project.
Monday, October 20
Following breakfast, participants will go to the airport in Rome for the return flights.
The cost for participants is US$150 or € 150. In addition, the participant is responsible for
transportation to and from Rome, Italy.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made upon arrival in
Rome.
Payment may be made in US dollars or in Euros.
PROJECT COST INCLUDES:
ACCOMMODATIONS: Twin-bedded rooms in a
three star hotel or better in Rome. During the project all participates will stay in the homes of Christians.
MEALS: Breakfast following each night in
the hotel is included. Three meals a day will be
provided while staying in the homes. Other meals are the
participant responsibility.
TRANSFERS: All
travel from the hotel to your project church and return will be provided.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Check with the Italian embassy in your country to
determine what documents are required.
PREPARATION MATERIALS: Registration form and testimony should be sent
in at the time of commitment or as soon as possible thereafter.

International Commission, Inc., Dallas, Texas and its cooperating
agents act only in the capacity of agents in all matters of

coupons are issued upon the express condition that they shall not in any

in any vehicle or through the acts of or default of any company or
person engaged in conveying the passengers or of any other person

No responsibility shall be accepted for losses or additional expenses
due to delays or quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or
expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Baggage is at
owner's risk throughout the project. Small articles, coats, wraps,
umbrellas, and other hand baggage are entirely under the care of the
passenger. The right is reserved to make such alterations in the
itinerary as may be deemed desirable for convenience of the party and
the proper carrying out of the project. The right is also reserved to
decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the project at any
time. The price of the project is based on current tariffs and is
subject to adjustment with previous notification in the event of changes
therein.
