Additional Information for Participants

General Preparation material
Additional preparation material is available on-line. This will help you
in physical and spiritual preparation. You can download the information
from these pages and make great use of it.

Arrival information for this project
- You should plan to arrive in Rome anytime on Thursday, October 9.
- Upon your arrival, you should go to the Casa San Bernardo Retreat center
(in the EUR area of Rome).
It is near the Sheraton Hotel.

Departure
- You should plan your departure from Rome to be Tuesday, October 27.

Your team and church assignment
- You will be assigned to a team going to a particular City in Italy,
where you will stay and work from Saturday, October 11 until Monday, October 26,
when you return to Rome for one night.
- You will be advised of your Italian church assignment by email before you
leave for Italy.
- You will know the names and contact information for the other members of
your team before you go.

Funds
- You can bring your money to pay the $150 participation fee in your own
currency, U.S. Dollars or Euros.
- You are responsible for all meals while in Rome, except breakfast
(which is included at the hotel)
